The motor’s rated lifting capacity applies to lifting heights of up to 12 meters and with a total wire rope length not exceeding 12 meters, provided that the operation remains within the motor’s maximum allowable power output range. In actual use, always keep the load within 70% of the rated capacity. If the weight of the lifted object is close to the motor’s maximum rated load, it is recommended to select a crane model one size larger. For example, if you need to easily lift a 0.5-ton object, you must choose a crane capable of providing a lifting force exceeding 0.5 tons. Otherwise, under the same applied force, the load simply won’t move—or even if it does manage to be lifted, the effort required will be extraordinarily high, significantly shortening the motor’s service life!

The working principle of lifting machinery
Lifting machinery uses lifting hooks or other gripping devices to lift or move heavy objects. The operation of lifting machinery typically involves several steps, including lifting, positioning, lowering, and returning to the original position. During the lifting process, the machinery uses its gripping device to hoist the load from a designated lifting point. Subsequently, through mechanisms such as movement, rotation, or luffing, the load is precisely manipulated and then lowered onto a specified unloading location before the machinery returns to its initial state.

Precautions for Operating Lifting Machinery
At work, regularly inspect the lubrication and operating conditions of bearings, gearboxes, and lifting systems, and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the operational area. While machinery is in operation, never touch steel cables or pulleys with your hands to prevent accidents.

A detailed introduction to electric hoists
The electric hoist consists of components such as a reduction gearbox, working mechanism, drum assembly, hook assembly, and coupling. It boasts advantages including light weight, compact size, tight structure, smooth operation, and simple operation. As an indispensable piece of equipment in production activities, the electric hoist can effectively enhance operational efficiency while significantly reducing labor intensity. Typically, electric hoists are widely used in cranes of various capacities, including 1-ton, 2-ton, 3-ton, and 5-ton models.

Precautions for Using Electric Hoists
Before use, the mechanical and electrical components of the equipment should be inspected to ensure that parts such as wire ropes, hooks, and limiters are intact and undamaged, the electrical system is free from leakage, and the grounding device is functioning properly. Electric hoists should be equipped with buffers, and stop devices should be installed at both ends of the track.
