The operating principle of an electric hoist is to use an electric motor to drive the winch to rotate, thereby lifting or lowering the load via a lifting sling. An electric hoist typically consists of a motor, a winch, a lifting sling, a sling control system, an operator’s control panel, and safety protection devices. During operation, the motor drives the winch to rotate, and the winch then uses a steel wire rope to perform the lifting and lowering actions. The winch control system precisely regulates both the length and direction of the steel wire rope, enabling accurate lifting or lowering of the load.
